ChihuahuaTown is a fun festival for Chihuahuas, Chi crosses, other tiny tiny dogs and the people who love them!

People travel from all over the UK to see us and celebrate their favourite miniature canines with people who love what they love! Here’s everything you need to know about this Summers event! This year we have a whole weekend of fun for you all, at the wonderful Lakehurst Park in Deanshanger.
The whole weekend will be filled with shopping, great food and drink and entertainment! Plus extras for the kids (or your inner child) like facepainting, bouncy castle, sweet and toy stalls!

Saturday will start the weekend with our usual particular brand of fun; which if you’re not familiar with, includes our huge fun dog show, our famous ChihuahuaTown Pageant (as seen on tv many times!), our fun races and contests, such as the ‘Cheese run’ and more! On Saturday night, the venue itself is hosting an afterparty with music, bbq food and a great chill out vibe for those who want to hang out or are staying over in the onsite hotel or camping.

Sunday will finish off our weekend with other breeds of dogs being invited in to join in with a charity fun dog show for Merlin’s rescue and the Alaskan Klee Kai breed club will be hosting their own breed show in another ring, as well as being eager and available to discuss that awesome breed! There will be chihuahua breed specialists, general dog trainers, pet health professionals and more, hosting seminars and have a go activities for you to sign up for too!

The Lakehurst Park venue is set in a beautifully countryside area, whilst still being close to all of the key amenities in Milton Keynes. There are hotel rooms on site, available via https://www.booking.com/hotel/gb/kingfisher-amp-country-club-west-northamptonshire1.en-gb.html (ignore the part where it says kingfisher country club! This was the previous owner) We expect those rooms to get booked up FAST but don’t worry, there is still the option to book a camping pitch, or space for your campers and caravans, from £35. A link will be shared via our social media or email to any ticket holders soon! If camping isn’t your thing and the venue has sold out of hotel rooms, the picturesque old town of Stony Stratford is very near by and has many dog friendly hotels. We’ve spotted some Airbnb and holiday lets nearby too! The closest train station is Wolverton Station.
Don’t forget to join the customer founded ‘ChihuahuaTown Carpool!’ Group on Facebook too incase you need, or can offer a seat in a car travelling the same way!
